Our annual Blessing of the Backpacks is scheduled for Sunday, August 10th.

This special service is designed for students of all ages as they return to school or a new season of work or volunteering. All children, youth, or adults can bring a backpack, briefcase, satchel, purse, fanny pack, gym bag, lunch sack, or other bag to be blessed for the year ahead. We will have a special gift for everyone who comes!

We will also help the Immigration Justice Team assemble backpacks to be donated to unaccompanied minors in our community who are transitioning to middle school and high school.
